Terms and conditions of Online Golf Balls Rewards Program (the Program)

The Online Golf Balls Rewards Program is the property of Online Golf Balls that may at any time and without notice: (a) modify program elements; (b) refuse to issue an account to a customer who fails to follow the registration procedures; and (c) in cases of reasonable doubt, withdraw or cancel the accumulated rebate of members who have abused their privileges, refused to comply with Program terms and conditions or made a false statement.
Online Golf Balls reserves the right to terminate the Program on 90 days’ notice to its members. Members would have 30 days from the date of issue to use their rebates.
All participants must be 18 years old or older.
Only one account per member. When a customer opens an account, he will automatically start to cumulate points.
The Program is available on OnlineGolfBalls.ca only.
Only natural persons may participate in the Online Golf Balls Rewards Program; corporations, companies, joint ventures, partnerships, groups and associations are excluded.
Rebates cannot be transferred, converted into cash or sold. Rebates can be redeemed only by Online Golf Balls’ Program members.
Program members must advise Online Golf Balls of any changes in their personal information. Online Golf Balls reserves the right to cancel accounts with incomplete or incorrect member information.

Rebates Accumulation

When a customer buys on Online Golf Balls, he is entitled to a 2% rebate that can be used on a future transaction. For promotional offers, Online Golf Balls may offer bonus rebates with the purchase of particular products.
Product returns are handled according to Online Golf Balls’ product return and exchange policy. If a customer cancel or modify, or if an order is refunded, Online Golf Balls will adjust the rebates.

Rebates

When he wishes, a customer can use the accumulated rebates. If he uses them, he will get a reduction that is equivalent to the total of rebates accumulated in his account at this day. If he doesn't want to use them, the rebates will remain in their account, available for future transactions.
At any time, the maximum rebate amount for an account is $ 50 or less.
Rebates can be accumulated in the same transaction.
